1.0 NAVIGATE THE WEBSITE

Navigate the website is really easy!

On the top  of the page  is always visible the menu with the main sections where you may enter whenever you want.

Next our logo there is the box SEARCH that allow you to do a global research writing in the name of the product or a key word.

Next the Search box, there is a menu that allow you to enter in the website, register your data, recover a forgotten password or enter in this page. Above this menu you will find your shopping cart where are listed the product you’ve selected, allow you to change quantity and complete your purchase order.

At bottom of page  we can find a lively slide with our most representative products and our offers.

2.0 HOW TO PURCHASE

The tanned leather is obtained by a flaying process of slaughted animals (cattle or buffalo) that is processed  in many different steps depending on the type of leather.

Since it is a natural product, each leather will have a shape and a size different from other ones.

The size of a leather  correspond to all the occupied  surface  and it is measured by a laser surface measuring machine that  stamp the exact measurement on its back.

For this reason it is possible to sell only a whole  or a half hide and the minimum order quantity is 2 square meters(that correspond to a half hide)

Considering thar each leather has a different measurement, when a order is done we will combine whole and half hides in order to come near the quantity ordered.

Obviously, the quantity will alway be the same or slightly  higher to than ordered with no extra charges.

Example:

Order: 12.5 mq ofMadras col. Sand 1003

We will send: 2 hides (5.06mq + 5.11mq) + 1 half hide (2.47mq) = 12.64mq

3.1 SHOPPING CART

To request an item and keep on with the purchase, it is necessary to enter to the item data you’re interested in and click to “add to the cart” after having written the desired quantity.  You can always view your purchase summary in the cart area and add, delete or change the quantity with no obligation to purchase.

After you have chosen  at least one item, clicking on the cart icon it will be possible to view the order and continue it, choose  the method of payment, add or edit shipment or billing information  and confirm the order.

Before purchasing it is required the registration to the website writing in the required datas or it is possible to go on selecting “Checkout as guest” if you don’t want to register yourself.

3.2 REGISTRATION

Register to the website is really  advantageous.

First you don’t have to reinsert all your informations every time you complete an order but it will be sufficient sign into your account by writing the email and  password you’ve chosen at the beginning.

Moreover, subscribing the Newsletter, you will always be informed about our offers.

3.3 PASSWORD and EMAIL

To sign into your account and close an order, it will be necessary the password you’ve chosen in the registration phase.

Entering into your account, you will change your informations, your email or password and view the order already done.

4.0 METHOD OF PAYMENT

Entering in your shopping cart, after having confirmed the order, you can select the method of payment among the listed ones. A summary email will list all the products bought, the amount to pay and payment details.

BANK TRANSFER

You have to consider that:

• You have to make the payment within 5 workdays from the date of the order. If there is some good reason preventing you to respect this terms, you will  inform us by email writing to: info@pellionline.it or calling the number 080/3143514.
• You have to indicate as description of payement the following information: number and date of the order, name of the purchaser.
• Bank transfer is at customer’s expense.

CREDIT CARD OR POSTEPAY BY PAYPAL

After having confirmed and submitted the order, you will enter in the page to make the payment by credit card or postepay clicking on “PAY NOW”.

5.0 TRANSPORT COSTS AND DELIVERY TIME

Transport cost are automatically calculated in the purchase summary when you add at least one product and they change depending on the quantity bought. The shipment will be carriage free and it is possible to deliver to an address different from the billing one, specifying it in the order summary.

Delivery time changes depending on the destination countries. Anyway, Pellionline will provide you the tracking number in order to monitor shipment progresses.
